Event 2 – Medley Swim (Time Trial)

Time and Place – 12pm Icebergs 

Rules – Each Team Member does one leg (50m) of the Medley (Backstroke, Breast Stroke, Butterfly, Freestyle). Teams then ranked according to time. Fastest wins! You also get 2 Bonus points if you win your race.

Event 3 – Team Beach Flag Sprints Relay (Knock-Out)

Time and Place – 1:30pm, Bondi Beach

Rules – Each team nominates a member to start – then Teams will lie face down, facing away from there team member who will be lined up some 30-40m away lying down facing away, once the whistle goes, the team member lying down sprints to there team member – the 2^nd team member can not move until they touch the hand of there team mate – they will then sprint back and tag there team mate and so on. The final person of the relay for each team will dive for a Flag and the two teams to get the two flags win and progress.

Event 4 – Pitch’n’Putt Golf (Ambrose Golf – Lowest Score Wins)

Time and Place – 2:30pm Bondi Golf Club 

Rules – We are playing Ambrose Golf (Best Ball), Only two members from each team can play each hole. Then they must rotate for the next hole. On a hole both Team Members Tee off, and then you play the best ball. You do the same for each shot until you get the ball in the hole. You only play one ball on the green. Putting must be alternated. Team with the lowest score overall wins.
